Prices are trending steady to firm for wings and dark meat items; steady
for boneless skinless breasts and steady to weak for tenders. Trucklot
buying activity improved slighty under normal weekend demand but still
noted as light to moderate overall as dealers continue to monitor
processing developments. Offerings of dark meat cuts are light to
moderate; wings are seasonally balanced and clearing well, boneless
skinless breasts are moderate and tenders moderate to heavy for current
needs. Market activity is slow to moderate.
